This site is intended for use by individuals at least 18 years old.  By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Indian Echo collects personal data from our users. Users of Indian Echo may change their personal information in their profile at any time.  By submitting information to Indian Echo, you are representing that the information you provide is not purposefully misleading and is your personal information.  If we believe any information provided is inappropriate, purposefully misleading or untruthful, we reserve the right not to post the information and/or terminate the user's account at our discretion.  Indian Echo does not validate user's information.  We make no guarantee about the accuracy of our user information.  

Indian Echo reserves to terminate a user's account with or without warning.  Generally this will not occur without a reason deemed as valid by Indian Echo; i.e.: the following activities are justifiable in terminating a user's account:

* Trying to access information not intended for said user or logging into an account said user is unauthorized to use;
* Attempting to scan or test the vulnerability of Indian Echo;
* Trying to interfere with service to any Indian Echo user;
* Distribution of personal account login information.

To help secure our services, we may monitor usage of our site by tracking IP addresses and network information.

Use of Indian Echo's e-mail messaging system is intended for harassment-free communication.  Consequently, use of the messaging system for any objectionable activity could result in the termination of a user's account.  As determined by the recipient and/or Indian Echo, this includes but is not limited to messages that are: 

* Spam (i.e., unsolicited commercial e-mail);
* Unwelcome, harassing, or hateful;

Indian Echo reserves the right to monitor the messages sent between users to protect members from this abuse.  If you feel have received an objectionable e-mail message from another member, please forward the e-mail to customerservice@indianecho.com.

Indian Echo makes no representation or warranties of any kind, either written or implied, as to the operation of the website, the information, content, materials or products contained on this website or in any messages transmitted by Indian Echo and its employees. We may modify, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this website, or any portion of this website, including any of our services, at any time with or without notice.

Refund Policy:  Payments to Indian Echo for all of our services are non-refundable.
